The COVID-19 pandemic has affected everyone globally and everyone is committing to stopping the global spread. As cleaning companies were declared as an essential business, we recognize our role in prevention of transmission of the virus and protecting both our customers and our people. Rest assured that our company policy on providing cleaning services is in line with the CDC and OSHA’s guidelines and recommendations.
What We Do:
Conducting daily health checks to all our cleaners before they are sent out for a job. Anyone who shows symptoms such as fever, colds, difficulty of breathing, etc. are not allowed to provide service to our clients until they are determined to be negative of the virus.
We make sure that our cleaners wear PPEs such as face masks, gloves and foot covers when they are in our customers’ homes and change it every after clean.
Social distancing policies are implemented to reduce the risk of transmission.
Our vacuum cleaners are ALWAYS disinfected before and after the cleaning.
For businesses who were occupied for the past 7 days, we recommend a full disinfection and sanitation services.
What We Ask Our Customers
The backbone of our company, our cleaners, are as equally important as our customers. Their health and safety are also our top priority and that is why we ask for your help in making sure that they are also protected.
If you or your family member is sick, we will encourage that we postpone the cleaning appointment. Late cancellation fees are automatically waived.
When at home, kindly practice social distancing.
If you have anyone in your family who belongs to the vulnerable group (children, pregnant women, elderly people, and people who are ill or immunocompromised) protect them by making sure that they are not exposed to anyone from outside your home, including our cleaners.
If you recently traveled, please self-isolate for 14 days.
