By booking this service, I understand that there will be a non-refundable $70 cancellation fee for insect/rodent issues, hoarding (we don't move boxes or heavy furniture to avoid damage on floors) absence of electricity or water in the property, and/or if cleaning service can’t be performed due to having other workers present during service.

I agree to review all the work after the service is performed at the property and prior to staff leaving. If I can’t be present and there are issues, I agree to send photos (within 24 hours after the cleaning) of the areas that needs to be recleaned. 

I UNDERSTAND THAT MAKING ANY CLAIMS ABOUT THE SERVICE AFTER THE CLEANERS LEFT THE PROPERTY IS UNACCEPTABLE AND NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR ADDITIONAL SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED. RECLEANING THE PROPERTY AND NOT AGREEING TO HAVE THE CLEANERS RECLEAN IT ALSO VOIDS RECLEANING AND SERVICE GUARANTEE.

Before the cleaners arrive at the property, please make sure that there is both water supply and electricity available.

What to Expect :

Because we don't do in-home estimates, the cleaning fee is based on the information you provided about the size and condition of your home. I certify that my booking reflects the actual size/condition of the above property/home. Mexicleaning RESERVES the right to ADJUST pricing to include any extra costs or requests for extra services during cleaning (We will discuss prior any extras for approval). On the day of the cleaning, only the booking package booked can be guaranteed, and upgrades can be done upon availability.

Please allow for a 1-hour arrival window. If we are going to be more than 30 minutes early or late we will call you. It takes time to clean, please be flexible.

We will bring everything needed to clean your home, all cleaning supplies and equipment at no extra charge. (green supplies are available upon request).

For your convenience, we will send an email and text reminder 3 days prior to your cleaning and a text reminder 1 day prior.

Please note that there is a $70 fee for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of your cleaning date/time or 50% of the amount of your cleaning if canceled the same day.
