What to Expect :

Because we don't do in-home estimates, the cleaning fee is based on the information you provided about the size and condition of your home. I certify that my booking reflects the actual size/condition of the above property/home. Mexicleaning RESERVES the right to ADJUST pricing to include any extra costs or requests for extra services during cleaning (We will discuss prior any extras for approval). On the day of the cleaning, only the booking package booked can be guaranteed, and upgrades can be done upon availability.

Please allow for a 1-hour arrival window. If we are going to be more than 30 minutes early or late we will call you. It takes time to clean, please be flexible.

We will bring everything needed to clean your home, all cleaning supplies and equipment at no extra charge. (green supplies are available upon request).

For your convenience, we will send an email and text reminder 3 days before your cleaning and a text reminder 1 day prior.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us via phone or email. To avoid a $70 cancellation fee, please give us at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment.

For one-time services like move-in/move-out cleans or post-construction cleaning, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be eligible for a 50% refund.

We have comprehensive cleaning packages for the most requested cleaning services such as Move in/Move Out Cleaning and Post-construction Cleaning. Here are the inclusions:

Move in/Move Out Cleaning:

• Deep cleaning (kitchen, bathroom/s, floors)

• Cleaning inside and outside of the appliances (oven, fridge, and microwave)

• Cleaning the stovetop

• Cleaning inside and outside of kitchen cabinets and cupboards (Empty)

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping all exterior surfaces

• Wiping Down the baseboards

Post-Construction Cleaning:

• Dust all surfaces, woodwork, and fixtures, including ceiling fans

• Clean trim, baseboards, doors, door frames and door knobs

• Vacuum and wipe down closets

• Remove stickers from windows and glass

• Heavy-duty cleaning of the house or apartment

• Walls will be wiped down and vacuumed

• Wipe down the window ledges, window sills and wash inside windows

• Vacuum kitchen cabinets and cupboards
