Mexicleaning Terms & condtions:
By booking our services, you agree to comply with Mexicleaning's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Booking and Payment
Payment Method: We accept payments exclusively through PayPal to ensure timely payment to our team. New clients are required to pay a $70 non-refundable deposit to secure their appointment.
Cancellation Fees: There is a $70 non-refundable cancellation fee for issues related to:
Insect or rodent infestations.
Lack of electricity or water at the property.
Presence of other workers preventing service performance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning incur a $70 fee or 50% of the cleaning fee if canceled on the same day.
Service Expectations
Service Review: Clients must review the completed work at the property before staff departure. If the client cannot be present, any issues must be communicated with photos sent within 24 hours post-cleaning. Claims made after the cleaners have left the property will not be accepted, and no refunds, credits, or additional services will be provided.
Recleaning Policy: Allowing cleaners to rectify identified issues is required. Refusal voids any recleaning guarantee and service warranty.
Booking Details and Adjustments
Estimates and Pricing: Cleaning fees are based on the provided information about the property size and condition. Mexicleaning reserves the right to adjust pricing for extra services requested. Package upgrades can only be confirmed based on availability.
Arrival Time: Please allow a 1-hour window for arrival. We will notify you if we expect to be more than 30 minutes early or late.
Supplies and Reminders
We bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment at no extra cost, with green supplies available upon request.
Clients will receive an email and text reminder three days before and a text reminder one day before the scheduled cleaning.
