What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

To make the transactions easier for or clients, we only accept credit card payments. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex, and Discover. Your credit card information is taken on the booking process to guarantee and reserve your booking slot but billing is done after the service.


Will My Cleaner Expect A Tip?

If you’re a believer that great morale produces great work, tipping your team can be a worthwhile investment. Otherwise, our cleaners do not really expect any tip.


When Will I Be Billed?

We charge or clients after the service has been rendered, usually at 5 pm on the day of the cleaning. We put a hold on the card 1-2 business days prior to the date of the cleaning to ensure that everything will go smoothly on the billing process and to provide ample time to clients should they need to contact their bank or change the credit card details on file.

Any adjustments made on the service such as adding or removing additional services will be the only amount that will be charged on your bill.


 What Cleaning Products Do You Use?

We provide green cleaning to our clients which can be customized to the level of clean they want. For example, we can use disinfectant on some parts of the house(kitchen, bathroom, etc) and use green cleaning products on others. 


 How Far In Advance Do I Have To Book For The Appointment?

It is advised that you book 3 days in advance so you can choose the schedule that will suit you best.


Do I Need To Be Home The Entire Time?

You may stay at home if you wish though most of our clients just let the cleaner/s in. Some of them just leave us detailed instructions on how we can get access in their home such as a lock box code, garage code, etc.


Do I Need Call You Each Time I Need Cleaning Services?

When you set up a recurring service, our system will automatically generate your next appointment based on when you last had our service and the frequency of service you selected. The good thing is we send out reminder emails 3 days and a day before the appointment so if you will not be available, we can always adjust the schedule. We just ask that you let us know at least 24 hours prior to the said appointment.


What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by reaching out to us either by phone or email. Kindly provide us at least 48 hours notice from the agreed appointment date and time so you won't be billed $50 cancellation fee.



Is There Anything You Won’t Clean?

We do not clean in toxic environments. We are domestic home cleaners, not a HAZMAT crew. Also, for cross-contamination and OSHA reasons, we do not clean:

  • Animal waste

  • Bodily fluids/human waste

  • Litter boxes

  • Diaper Genies

  • Insect infested homes or areas

  • Exterior windows

  • Large-scale organizational jobs

  • Smoked-in homes

  • Anything above our reach on a 2-step ladder

  • Metal Blinds

We, also, do not move heavy furniture.


What If I Am Not Satisfied With The Cleaning?

Please note that we do not issue refunds, because doing so completely neglects the root issue. If you are for any reason dissatisfied with our service, we would be happy to come back and re-clean the missed areas. This ensures that the root cause is addressed properly.
