Mexicleaning is a company established by a mom of four who understands the needs of having a clean home as well as the fact that Moms may not have the time or the energy to do the house chores anymore-this is where we come in to help. Our clients though are not limited to mothers but also to professionals, students, contractors needing a post renovation or a post construction cleaning or to any individuals looking to get their homes cleaned.

Running Personal Errands

Generally, the duties of your cleaners are confined to the inside of your house or apartment. Buying groceries, walking your dog and other personal errands will not be included in the cleaning services we offer.

Oftentimes, when you first hire a cleaning service, you’ll be required to get a deep clean. This is a standard rule for many cleaning companies though some of our recurring clients also request for this when their house needs to be cleaned more thoroughly, such as every month.

A move in/move cleaning service also need a deep clean on the area so that the security deposit is returned to you. Clients who wants a peace of mind that they are moving in to a clean home mostly request for deep cleaning too.

Hosting an event or a party at home also prepares the place by having it deep cleaned. Remember, a clean home leaves a lasting impression to guests!

These situation can be alleviated by not having to worry about cleaning up your space. Mexicleaning offers flexible move-in and move-out cleaning services to ease the transition into your new space. We offer a move in/move out cleaning bundle which includes deep cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms, cleaning the inside of the fridge and freezer, inside of the oven, kitchen cabinets and cupboards, and wiping down the baseboards. Most of our clients who are moving in/out requests for these services and providing a bundled service is so much easier as well as cost effective.

We do, however, offer additional services such as cleaning the walls, interior windows etc. if you think your house needs it.

 
 

Heavy Duty Cleaning

Haven’t had your house cleaned for 3 months or longer? Then heavy duty cleaning is right for you!

It offers a more thorough cleaning than what deep cleaning offers and is something you can customize too! You may add additional services such as cleaning the inside of the fridge and freezer, inside oven, wall cleaning, wiping down the baseboards etc. Let us know what you need and we can add it when you book your service

 

Post Construction Cleaning

Having your home constructed or your interiors renovated is one of the most exciting things us homeowners look forward to. But do you really want to bring in your precious furniture in a dusty post-construction state of your house? Since construction workers are trained and paid to do the construction, have your house professionally cleaned to ensure all dusts are removed and no sharp objects remain in your home.


IMPORTANT NOTICE!

Before starting a post-construction cleaning, it is imperative that the construction / renovation is already COMPLETED and there are NO MORE CONSTRUCTION WORKERS working within the premises. This is to avoid delay and continuous accumulation of dirt while the cleaning is on-going. 

 

Post event cleaning

Our new addition to our services! We now accept bookings for post event cleanings (birthdays, intimate parties, weddings etc.) Our wonderful staff will take time to clean the area and ensure the venue is clean and organize. We are mostly available to take bookings for post event cleaning during Saturday nights.

Cleaning Services FAQs

+ What Payment Options Do You Accept?

To make the transactions easier for or clients and so our cleaners’ salary won’t be delayed, our payment method is through Paypal. We will send you the invoice via email and you just need to pay a $70 non-refundable deposit. The rest of the payment can be made after the cleaning.

+ Will My Cleaner Expect A Tip?

If you’re a believer that great morale produces great work, tipping your team can be a worthwhile investment. Otherwise, our cleaners does not really expect any tip.

+ When Will I Be Billed?

We charge or clients after the service has been rendered, usually at 5pm on the day of the cleaning. We put a hold on the card 1-2 business days prior to the date of the cleaning to ensure that everything will go smoothly on the billing process and to provide an ample time to clients should they need to contact their bank or change the credit card details on file.

Any adjustments made on the service such as adding or removing additional services will be the only amount that will be charged on your bill.

+ What Cleaning Products Do You Use?

We use regular cleaning products such as pine sol, Windex, Lysol etc. Should you want green cleaning products, please let us know on the special instructions portion on the booking page let us know when you book the service over the phone.

+ How Far In Advance To I Have To Book For The Appointment?

It is advised that you book 3 days in advance so you can choose the schedule that will suit you best.

+ Do I Need To Be Home The Entire Time?

You may stay at home if you wish though most of our clients just let the cleaner/s in. Some of them just leave us detailed instructions on how we can get an access in their home such as a lock box code, garage code etc.

+ Do I Need Call You Each Time I Need Cleaning Services?

When you set up a recurring service, our system will automatically generate your next appointment based on when you last had our service and the frequency of service you selected. The good thing is we send out reminder emails 3 days and a day before the appointment so if you will not be available, we can always adjust the schedule. We just ask that you let us know at least 24 hours prior to the said appointment.

+ What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by reaching out to us either by phone or email. Kindly provide us at least 48 hours notice from the agreed appointment date and time so you won't be billed $50 cancellation fee.

+ Is There Anything You Won’t Clean?

We do not clean in toxic environments. We are domestic home cleaners, not a HAZMAT crew. Also, for cross-contamination and OSHA reasons, we do not clean:

  • Animal waste

  • Bodily fluids/human waste

  • Litter boxes

  • Diaper Genies

  • Insect infested homes or areas

  • Exterior windows

  • Large-scale organizational jobs

  • Smoked-in homes

  • Anything above our reach on a 2-step ladder

  • Metal Blinds

We ,also, do not move heavy furniture.

+ What If I Am Not Satisfied With The Cleaning?

Please note that we do not issue refunds, because doing so completely neglects the root issue. If you are for any reason dissatisfied with our service, we would be happy to come back and re-clean the missed areas. This ensures that the root cause is addressed properly.

Please note that we will only consider complaints done within 24 hours from the time after our cleaners cleaned your property and we request to have the photos of the areas of concern sent to our email: mexicleaning@gmail.com
